Delete your Gymatics account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

In the app — immediate

Open Gymatics › More › Account › Delete account. Confirm with your password or Google, and everything is deleted at once. A backup file is saved to your phone first.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@gymatics.net from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply once to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 7 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile and phone number, every workout you logged, your programmes and custom exercises, your coaching records and agreements, and the sign-in itself.

What is kept

Nothing of yours on our servers. A coach you trained with keeps the record they made of your training, unlinked from you. Crash reports carry no training data and expire after 90 days.

افتح Gymatics › المزيد › الحساب › حذف الحساب. أكّد بكلمة المرور أو بحساب Google، ويُحذف كل شيء في الحال. يُحفظ ملف نسخة احتياطية على هاتفك أولاً.

لا تستطيع فتح التطبيق؟

راسل support@gymatics.net من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، بعنوان “Delete my account”. نردّ مرة واحدة للتأكد أنك صاحب الحساب، ثم نحذفه خلال 7 أيام ونخبرك عند الانتهاء.

ما يُحذف

ملفك الشخصي ورقم هاتفك، وكل تمرين سجّلته، وبرامجك وتمارينك المخصّصة، وسجلات التدريب والاتفاقات، وتسجيل الدخول نفسه.

ما يبقى

لا شيء من بياناتك على خوادمنا. يحتفظ المدرب الذي تدرّبت معه بالسجل الذي دوّنه عن تدريبك، دون ربطه بك. تقارير الأعطال لا تحمل بيانات تدريب وتنتهي بعد 90 يوماً.
